Ingredients

Instructions

1. Brown the beef

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

Drain excess grease if needed. If using lean beef that doesn’t produce oil, add a splash of olive oil before adding your veggies

2. Add the vegetables

Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften.

3. Build the flavor

Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.

Season with Salt & Char, Pepper & Co., and Harvest Blend to taste.

4. Add the pasta and liquids

Pour in the beef broth and milk. Stir to combine, then add the rotini.

Bring everything to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

5. Make it creamy

Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.

Add the shredded cheddar and stir until completely melted and smooth.

6. Serve

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot with extra cheddar on top if you’re feeling fancy.

Made with Madi Tip

The secret to keeping this recipe simple is letting Salt & Char, Pepper & Co., and Harvest Blend do the heavy lifting. You don’t need a cabinet full of spices to make a flavorful dinner.

And because everything cooks together in one pot, the pasta soaks up all that savory, creamy flavor as it cooks.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.

When reheating, add a splash of milk or beef broth to loosen the sauce and bring back that creamy consistency.
