- Smoked Brown Sugar + BBQ sauce = sweet and smoky
- Salt & Char + BBQ sauce = bold with a spicy kick
No complicated steps. No special equipment. Just delicious ribs every time.

Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs
-
4-5 tablespoons Made by Madi seasoning blend of choice
- Sweet Mesquite
- Smoked Brown Sugar
- Salt & Char
- ½ cup favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Season the Ribs
Pat the ribs dry and generously season all sides with your Made by Madi seasoning blend of choice.
Step 2: Bake Until Tender
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 300°F for about 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.
Step 3: Finish with BBQ Sauce
Carefully remove the ribs from the foil and brush generously with your favorite BBQ sauce.
For the best flavor, place the ribs on a preheated grill over medium heat for 5–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized and slightly charred.
No grill? No problem. Place the sauced ribs under a low broiler for 3–5 minutes, or until the edges begin to caramelize and crisp up. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
Step 4: Serve
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Pair with potato salad, grilled corn, baked beans, or your favorite summer sides.
Flavor Variations
Sweet Mesquite
Perfect if you love a sweet, smoky BBQ flavor. Pair with a honey BBQ sauce for the ultimate summer cookout rib.
Smoked Brown Sugar
A rich, sweet, smoky option that creates incredible caramelization whether you’re using a grill or broiler.
Salt & Char
For those who like a little heat. This blend adds a bold, smoky kick that pairs perfectly with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Summer cooking doesn’t get much easier than that.
